It is Ellen Dad's birthday and everyone had a hand in planning his surprise party. While Cooter and Connie help set up the surprise barbeque, Ellen wrangles a pack of wayward seahorses back into their corral, wins the Pharaoh's sandcastle contest and returns a banana to a forgetful monkey. All that and she still manages to get back in time to have a slice of birthday cake.
